Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pure Wine Online website at purewineonline.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Pure Wine Online provides informational content about our brands, products, and services through the Site. The Site also provides an online commerce platform for purchasing wine and wine-related products.

Pure Wine Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Yates County, New York.

Orders and Purchasing

By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages through the Site. By placing an order for wine or other alcoholic beverages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

Age verification is required at checkout. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. If no eligible adult is available to accept delivery, the shipment will be returned and you may be charged for return shipping.

Shipping Policy and Restrictions

We ship wine to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your state and local laws allow you to receive wine shipments.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Return and Refund Policy

REVIEW REQUIRED: Return policy must be reviewed by the business owner.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at lisa@onehda.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we generally cannot accept returns of opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Payment Processing

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor, PayTrace. We accept major credit cards.

By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. All payment data is transmitted directly to and stored by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements.
